What Atlas Does Today

Atlas PMS is a property management system built for Indian homestay hosts. This page tells you exactly what the platform can do for you today — and what we are still building. If a capability is marked On the roadmap or Rolling out, please do not rely on it yet.

Atlas PMS gives independent homestay and boutique-property hosts their own direct-booking website, a calendar and booking manager, GST-compliant invoicing, and automatic guest messaging — all under one subscription. It is a live, working product used by real properties today. It is also honest about its limits: some things (notably the full OTA channel manager and an AI receptionist) are still being rolled out, and this page keeps that distinction clear.

Every row marked On the roadmap or Rolling out must never appear as a live how-to elsewhere in this site.

A typical booking on Atlas flows like this:

  1. You create and publish a listing — see Your First Listing.
  2. A guest finds your listing, picks dates, and pays through Razorpay on your direct booking page.
  3. Atlas verifies the payment and confirms the booking automatically.
  4. The guest receives a confirmation and, as the stay approaches, check-in and checkout messages — see Guest Notifications.
  5. You get an instant host alert, and the booking appears on your Dashboard and in Bookings.
  6. A GST invoice is generated for the stay — see Pricing and GST.
  7. Funds settle to your bank through Razorpay, once your payout details are in place — see Payments and Payouts.
  • It is not yet a full OTA channel manager. Direct push of rates and availability to Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip and others (Atlas Sync) is still rolling out. Today, keep your calendars aligned with iCal sync.
  • It does not auto-refund on cancellation. Refunds are initiated manually through Razorpay.
  • It has no AI receptionist or voice agent yet. These are on the roadmap.
  • Dynamic pricing is not built-in. You can connect your own PriceLabs account on the Premium plan, but Atlas does not set prices for you automatically.
