Atlas Sync — OTA Channel Manager

Atlas Sync is Atlas PMS’s built-in channel manager for OTA synchronization. When it is live for your account, it keeps your availability, rates, and bookings in sync across online travel agencies (OTAs) so you never double-book.

iCal sync is the channel feature you can use right now to avoid double-bookings across OTAs:

  • Export — Atlas gives each listing a private calendar link (an .ics URL) that you paste into Airbnb, Booking.com, and other OTAs so they see your booked dates.
  • Import — paste each OTA’s calendar link into Atlas so their bookings block those dates on your Atlas calendar.

You manage this under OTA iCal Sync in the admin portal. iCal keeps availability aligned; it does not push rates or pull full booking details — that is what Atlas Sync will add.

Once Atlas Sync is enabled for your account, it will provide two-way sync with major OTAs:

  • Rates — push your nightly rates out to connected channels.
  • Availability — push your open and blocked dates.
  • Bookings — pull OTA bookings into Atlas automatically, with full guest and stay details.

Planned OTA connections include Booking.com, Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, and Agoda.

You will find it in the admin portal under Settings → Channel Manager.

Connecting an OTA (when Atlas Sync is live)

Section titled “Connecting an OTA (when Atlas Sync is live)”

When Atlas Sync is enabled, connecting an OTA will involve provisioning your property, choosing a channel, completing a short mapping step that links your Atlas rooms to the channel’s room types and rate plans, and then letting the first sync run. It is built into Atlas — there is no separate channel-manager account to create.

For iCal sync today, each listing shows a sync status. A Stale or Sync error badge means a calendar has not refreshed recently or has failed repeatedly — re-check the iCal URLs on both sides and allow the OTA time to refresh. See Troubleshooting for details.

Do I need a separate channel-manager account? No. Atlas Sync is built into Atlas. You will not manage a separate login.

Which OTAs are supported? iCal sync works with any OTA that supports calendar import/export (Airbnb, Booking.com, and others) today. Atlas Sync will support Booking.com, Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, and Agoda.

How do I avoid double-bookings right now? Use iCal sync — export your Atlas calendar to each OTA and import each OTA’s calendar back into Atlas.

On the roadmap, not yet available:

  • Atlas Sync — two-way rate, availability, and booking sync with major OTAs (targeted June 2026).
  • Additional OTA connections beyond the launch set.
